chcase is a perl script used to rename files in linux or unix environments.
You can change filenames to either all upper or all lower case,
or specify perl expressions to operate on the filenames.

Features/options include:

1) Download chcase
2) Make it executable (eg: chmod 755 chcase)
3) Move it to somewhere in your path (eg: mv chcase /usr/local/bin)
4) Read help and examples, eg: chcase --help; chcase -e
